My son Tadeusz Łabęda, 25 years of age, was detained as a “political” by the Nazi thugs in September 1943 and deported to Tilsit – Stutthof – Stettin, being murdered in the last of these prisons. This loss has seriously affected both myself and my wife, for our son provided us with material assistance.
