I hereby declare that on 6 May 1944, when I was on my allotment at Pole Mokotowskie, I witnessed a German crime committed against Mr. Andrzej Radzikowski. The said person lived at 6 Sierpnia Street 11, flat 17.
I submit this declaration in writing, as due to ill health (myocarditis) I cannot appear in person on 3 January 1946, as required in the court summons.
