Only Jews from Poland and local Jews.

There were also German Jews – it is unknown how many.

8. What was the average number of prisoners in the camp?

The total number reached 7000 people; on average: about 4000 people.

9. What is the total number of prisoners who passed through the camp while it operated?

From 2500 to 7000 people, until January 1943 (second displacement).

10. What happened with the prisoners upon liquidation of the camp?

They were taken into an unknown direction – at the same time, about 1000 people

were shot dead during the liquidation of the ghetto.

They organized their food by themselves or ate food supplies they had; they also

secretly bought food at high prices.

and burned by a unit that passed through the town.
