The victims were brought in from: Arrested during a search for members of Polish

patriotic organizations.

2) Stanisław Szymański, born in 1921, locksmith, a resident of Zawichost,
3) Marian Borkowski, born in 1921, locksmith, a resident of Zawichost.

For belonging to Polish patriotic organizations.

5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmerie, Gestapo, SS, police, Wehrmacht)?

The gendarmerie and Gestapo.

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known (please provide the surnames)?

Witkowski (name unknown) and Franc (commonly known as such), both from the city

of Łódź, both German gendarmes.

The corpses were collected by the families.

Zawichost.

Normal graves.

On 22 September 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Henryk Łukasiewicz, the mayor of the town of Zawichost, with the Municipal Court in Sandomierz.
