With regard to the present matter, I know the following: I testify that I was present after the Jews had been displaced by the German gendarmerie in 1942 and I can report that one person, Haja Szczygłomska, who resided in Malkowice, Koszyce commune during the occupation, was murdered in the town of Przemków, Koszyce commune. However, her husband Josek Szczygłomski and son were taken to Koszyce by the German gendarmerie. I do not know whether they are alive or if they were murdered by the gendarmerie.

As for the labor camp for junacy [young men] in the town of Witów, Koszyce commune, I don’t know anything about it and I do not know who its leader was. I would like to mention that in 1942 or 1943 the German gendarmerie took the following people to the concentration camps: 1) Kasperek, occupation: farmer; 2) Czesław Tomal, aged 28, occupation: farmer; 3) Mazurek, aged 27, occupation: laborer from Przemyków, Koszyce commune. I do not know where they were taken. Whether they are alive or were murdered, I do not know. I have not heard any news regarding them to this day. I cannot report any other murders from the territory of Koszyce commune.

At that the report was concluded and signed after being read out.
