Two people were hanged and two were shot.

Poles, Jews, foreigners: Poles only.

Number of murdered victims: 4 people

The victims were brought in from: The victims were residents of Słupcza.

Surname, age, occupation, address:

1) Walenty Niewitowski, about 40 years old, 2) Józef Maziarz, about 24 years old – these were hanged; 3) Ewa Żak, about 70 years old, 4) Wincenty Żak, about 40 years old – these were shot.

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

It was a repressive measure for failure to provide a quota.

5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmes, Gestapo men, SS men, policemen, the Wehrmacht)?

Gendarmes from Sandomierz.

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known (provide the surnames if known)?

Unknown.

7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed otherwise?

The corpses were buried by the road, and then the families uncovered them secretly and buried them in the cemetery.

8. Where were the corpses buried (provide the exact location)?

First they were buried in a garden by the road, and then they were secretly moved by the families to the cemetery.

On 14 September 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially confirmed by the head of Dwikozy commune, Stanisław Majewski, with the Municipal Court in Sandomierz.
