Poles, Jews, foreigners: Jews.

The victims were brought in from: From Jedlińsk.

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

Unknown.

5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmerie, Gestapo, SS, police, Wehrmacht)?

Gendarmes from Białobrzegi.

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known (please provide the surnames)?

Wachmeister Falzgraff; the rest – unknown.

7. Were the corpses burned or destroyed in any other way?

Initially, they were buried, but after five months they were burned.

8. Where were the corpses buried (exact location)?

About 400 m east outside Jedlińsk.

9. Description of the grave(s) (size, estimated number of victims buried in one grave):

There were three graves, five meters long, four meters wide, and about five meters deep

– for [a total of] about 60 people.

10. Was there an official exhumation? Were the corpses buried officially, and if so, where?

No.

No.

On 1 October 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Roman Mularski, the head of the Jedlińsk Commune, with the Municipal Court in Radom.
